Can’t quite tell what that is? Well that’s because it is a baby in his tummy. He did this all on his own, mind you. “Look, Mama! I hab baby in my tummy, too! Dus ike you!” I told him it was time for the baby to come out, and plop! out the little rock baby came. Oh, if only labor were actually like that!
But, surprise! He had twins! He loves his rock babies so much.
Right now, I am not loving the baby. She/he/it needs to come out, NOW, and stop giving me insomnia, heartburn, anxiety, back ache, nausea, sharp shooting pains in all sorts of unmentionable places and just driving me crazy. I can’t breath because my lungs are squashed, I can’t walk because my pelvis hurts, and I can’t sleep because I can’t get comfortable. GGRRRR!!
I highly doubt I will be that smiley when I finally give birth…but then again, it’s always such a relief to be done, so I just might be grinning ear to ear.
Id have 50 kids if it were that easy!
